Can the Chat AI Reindeer be hired, or does it have to be bought?
Chat AI Reindeer is available both to hire and to buy.
With hire the reindeer stays with you for the Christmas season, while buying makes it yours and comes with a one-year warranty. Either way it requires a monthly subscription to the artificial intelligence service, while the internet fee is optional if the venue already has an Ethernet connection.

Where can the Chat AI Reindeer be installed?
Chat AI Reindeer is for indoor use, as the data sheet specifies IP54 certification and temperatures between 10 and 25 °C. With a few adjustments it can sometimes go outdoors: ask Menart via the form at the bottom of the page.
It fits in a shop, a shopping centre or a covered Christmas village, wherever children can stop and talk to it at their own pace.

What does the Chat AI Reindeer include?
Chat AI Reindeer includes the animatronic reindeer head, the artificial intelligence system, the scenic house and the utility totem.
The totem holds the coin acceptor, the headset with microphone that visitors use to talk to the reindeer and the start button that begins each conversation.
How much space does the Chat AI Reindeer need?
The Chat AI Reindeer structure is 100 cm long, 200 cm wide and 230 cm high, plus the safety space set out in the instructions.
It runs on a wired internet connection and a 220 V socket. It is delivered on a 120 × 80 × 230 cm pallet, and assembly is quick and simple with the manual and video instructions supplied by Menart.
Is the Chat AI Reindeer suitable for a Christmas village?
Yes, Chat AI Reindeer is designed for a covered Christmas village, where it can welcome children before they meet Santa.
They tell the reindeer what they would like to find under the tree and reach Santa with their letter already planned, while the little house takes up just two square metres along the route.
