Made by Menart, this festive postbox is designed for Christmas villages, shopping centres, shops and garden centres, where it becomes one of families’ favourite stops. It is available to rent for the season or to buy.

Can the Mail Box be rented, or does it have to be bought?
Both options are available, as the Mail Box can be rented for the Christmas season or purchased.
The warranty lasts 1 year and is valid as long as the data sheet conditions are met, which means indoor use, installation according to the instructions and any work on the system carried out only by technicians authorised by Menart.
The quote depends on the space and the period.
Can the Mail Box be installed outdoors?
The Mail Box is for indoor use. It is IP54 rated and must be kept in environments between 10 and 25 °C, sheltered from rain and humidity. With a few adjustments it can sometimes go outdoors: ask Menart via the form at the bottom of the page.
It suits indoor Christmas villages, shopping centres, shops and enclosed garden centres.
Is the screen included with the Mail Box?
Yes, the Mail Box already has a 40-inch TV screen, built into the totem together with the sound system and the coin acceptor.
The accessories and the animated content are also included, with the elf’s welcome, the letter’s journey and Santa’s message.
For assembly, Menart provides a manual and video instructions.
How much space and what power supply does the Mail Box need?
The Mail Box has a footprint of 80 × 40 cm, stands 210 cm tall and plugs into a 220 V socket.
The safety area shown in the instructions must be left around it. It ships on a 120 × 80 × 220 cm pallet weighing 200 kg with packaging, so it is worth checking doors and access routes before delivery.
How does the Mail Box work in a shopping centre?
The Mail Box starts with a coin acceptor, and each start runs a complete experience, from the elf’s welcome to Santa’s message, one child at a time.
This makes it easy to place in the mall, near the shops or the children’s area, with no other structures needed.
