Santa Smart AI is the Santa Claus with artificial intelligence, a life-size animatronic that opens the book of stories and invents a different one for every child. With stories told in any language, every child hears one of their own and families stop as they walk through your shopping centre.
A different story for every child
The child’s name and age are entered on the tablet, and the artificial intelligence builds a story in real time that has never been told before. Santa tells it calling the child by name, from his North Pole of a wooden train and a stuffed bear, crafted in enough detail to look like the real thing.

Santa Smart AI can be hired for the Christmas season or bought outright, with a one-year warranty and servicing by Menart-authorised operators.
Either way the artificial intelligence service requires a monthly subscription, because it runs on a rented database. The internet fee is only paid if the venue does not already have an Ethernet connection.
The quote starts from the space you have and the dates of the installation.
Santa Smart AI is for indoor use: the data sheet specifies IP54 certification and temperatures between 10 and 25 °C. With a few adjustments it can sometimes go outdoors: ask Menart via the form at the bottom of the page.
It sits well in a hotel lobby, in a toy shop or at the company Christmas party, wherever children can come close and listen at their own pace.

Santa Smart AI includes the full-figure Santa Claus animatronic, the artificial intelligence system, the audio system and the tablet that every story starts from.
It runs on a single start, with the start button or with the coin acceptor. The chair is not included: the one in the photographs is the throne from The Magic Armchair, another Menart product, and you can put any seat you like in its place. The animatronic is made in Italy.
The Santa Smart AI structure is 60 cm long, 80 cm wide and 140 cm high, and it must be kept at a safe distance from the public of at least 150 cm, with a fence around it.
It runs on a 220 V socket and a wired internet connection. It arrives on a 120 × 80 × 230 cm pallet and assembly is quick and simple, with a manual and video instructions.
Yes, Santa Smart AI is designed for the covered spaces of a shopping centre, from the mall to the ground-floor event area.
It works on request, one story at a time, for the whole of the opening day, so there is no need for shows at fixed times and whoever arrives with children finds him ready.
