Sleigh Express VR
Sleigh Express VR is Santa’s sleigh in virtual reality, where five passengers put on their headsets and fly all the way to his snowy village. Children come away with the memory of a real journey, and families have one more reason to choose your shopping centre at Christmas.
Virtual reality that becomes reality
The journey begins with a greeting from Santa and flies the sleigh over the Colosseum and the pyramids of Egypt, all the way to the snowy rooftops of his village. It is a VR Christmas experience you also feel with your body, because the motorised sleigh moves with the video and, in the Pro and Exclusive versions, the wind effect blows on the passengers’ faces.
Three versions for every need
From the essential version to the premium version with animatronic Santa Claus.
Basic
The Basic version includes the motorised sleigh, which moves in sync with the video, five VR headsets and the Dolby Surround sound system. It is the simplest way to send your visitors flying with Santa.
Pro
The Pro version adds the decorative control panel, the wind effect and two singing animatronic reindeer that move their mouth, head and eyes. With the sleigh movements synchronised with the video, the ride feels even more real.
Exclusive
The Exclusive version adds an animatronic Santa with a realistic latex face, sitting at the reins of the sleigh, and realistic decorations. It is the most complete version, the one that makes the journey truly unforgettable.
The journey told by Santa
Listen to the voice that guides the passengers during the flight, played through the sleigh’s Dolby Surround system together with the music of the journey.

The right answers to your questions
Can the Sleigh Express VR be hired, or does it have to be bought?
The Sleigh Express VR is available both to hire for the Christmas season and to buy, in the Basic, Pro and Exclusive versions, with a 2-year warranty.
There is also a Halloween version, to extend the season from October.
The quote depends on the version, the hire period and the installation site.
Where can the Sleigh Express VR be installed?
The Sleigh Express VR is for indoor use, because its animatronics are IP54 certified and must be kept at temperatures between 10 and 25 °C. With a few adjustments it can sometimes go outdoors: ask Menart via the form at the bottom of the page.
It fits in shopping centres, indoor Christmas villages, garden centres, trade fairs and events, wherever families have time to stop.

What is included with the Sleigh Express VR?
Every version of the Sleigh Express VR includes the motorised sleigh, the control unit, the command totem that starts each ride, five VR headsets and the Dolby Surround audio system.
In the Pro and Exclusive versions the animatronic reindeer move their mouth, head and eyes, while Santa, only in the Exclusive, moves his mouth, head and torso.
The sleigh and reindeer also star in Who Framed Santa Claus.
How much space does the Sleigh Express VR need?
The sleigh alone is 250 cm long, 140 cm wide and 200 cm high, while the complete set with the reindeer is 500 cm long and runs on 220 V.
The Sleigh Express VR ships in two crates, the larger one measuring 240 × 160 × 210 cm.
Menart provides a manual and video instructions for assembly, and a safety area of at least 150 cm, marked off by a fence, must be left around the animatronics.
Is the Sleigh Express VR suitable for a shopping centre?
Yes, the Sleigh Express VR suits shopping centre malls, because it is installed indoors and every ride takes five people at a time.
Placed near an entrance or in the central square of the mall, it becomes the Christmas stop that families plan their visit around, and while the children fly with Santa their parents carry on shopping.
