The Magic House is Santa’s bedroom recreated at full scale, where he sleeps soundly and breathes gently on the eve of the big night. Other Menart characters can join the scene, so every Christmas you can show your visitors something new around the same bedroom.
When dreams come true
It’s the middle of the night, but Comet the reindeer can’t get to sleep, so she tries to wake Santa by switching on the lights and playing a Christmas song. He sleeps right on, and Comet has no choice but to reach for the earplugs. Made by Menart, this Santa’s bedroom display is designed for shopping centres, theme parks and indoor events, and it is available to hire for the season or to buy.

Can The Magic House be hired, or does it have to be bought?
The Magic House is available both to hire for the Christmas season and to buy.
Purchases come with a 2-year warranty, valid as long as the data sheet conditions are met.
The quote depends on the configuration you choose and on the length of the hire period.
Can The Magic House be installed outdoors?
The Magic House is for indoor use. It is IP54 rated and must be kept in environments between 10 and 25 °C. With a few adjustments it can sometimes go outdoors: ask Menart via the form at the bottom of the page.
It suits shopping centres, exhibition halls, large stores and covered areas of theme parks.
What is included with The Magic House?
The Magic House includes the 1:1 scale set of Santa’s bedroom, a Santa animatronic that breathes as he sleeps, a programmed control unit, a push-button start panel and an audio system for the background stories.
The room can be set up in different configurations with other Menart animatronics and displays, such as Grandpa Bear or Windows, and the layout is chosen together to suit your space.
How much space does The Magic House need, and how is it installed?
The structure is 300 cm wide, 220 cm deep and 250 cm high, and runs on 220 V and 12 V.
Assembly follows the manual and video instructions supplied by Menart.
The public must stay at least 150 cm from the animatronics, behind a barrier such as the rope shown in the photos.
Is The Magic House suitable for a corporate Christmas party?
Yes, at a Christmas party for employees’ families The Magic House becomes the corner where children go to see Santa asleep and where everyone takes photos to share.
It can be set up in a function room or the lobby and stays for the whole party.
